请朋友们帮帮忙呀

    第28届心理学大会已过去二个多月了，最近我正想着这个问题---把论文投到哪里发表呢？一封印度尼西亚的电子邮件来到我的信箱，信中表达了想发表我论文的意图，邮件原文如下：
（Dear Mr.Zong Weidong,
First of all, let me introduce myself: I'm Prof. Hari from Indonesia, who fortunately met you at the International Psychology Congress in Beijing last August and got your CD. I'm very interested in your article about Self-Actualization Personality Become Part of Our Life. May I ask your permission to publish your article in my journal (namely: ANIMA, Indonesian Psychological Journal, a national accredited journal). As you may know, I'm the chief editor of that journal. Thank you in advance for your kindness.Hoping good news from you soon.

在惊喜之余，我却发现我对“ANIMA - Indonesian Psychological Journal”一点都不了解，后来我发邮件问车文博老先生，他说他也不知道（打扰他真不好意思呀，这也是我把锋芒毕露的“实话实说”撤下来的原因），后来我上Google查询，也没查到什么有价值的东西。请朋友们帮帮我，查一下“ANIMA - Indonesian Psychological Journal”的底细。另外，为论文发表而缴纳出版费是不是国际惯例？
下面是Prof. Hari K. Lasmono教授的第二封邮件：
Dear Mr Zong Weidong,
Thank you for your immediate attention; sorry for my late reply due to so many things I have to do this last 2 weeks! ANIMA is the best accredited psychology journal in Indonesia since year 2000. (Here in Indonesia, scientific journals should be accredited by a national board from the government/Ministry of National Education/National Science Institute.) ANIMA was published since 1985. It is a journal for articles/ research reports in diverse general psychology topics and related issues (something like a general psychology journal, not pinpointed to psychology subdisiplines such as developmental, industrial, abnormal psychology like other APA journals). ANIMA is published 4 times a year (October., January, April, and July). Concerning the publication Fee, yes, you have to contribute for that, but for this premier publication, we charge you only for the handling and postal charges about $100.00 or RMB1000.00 (we will send you 2 original copies + 10 offprints)!
